Migrant child attacks passenger with emergency hammer

The brutal attack on a passenger (36) in a Dresden bus by a foreign minor made the news in Germany.

Published: November 15, 2019, 10:05 am

A 36-year-old man had boarded a bus in Dresden-Gruna at about 10.30 pm and complained about a group of noisy migrant children and teenagers, reported tabloid Bild.

Police spokesman Marko Laske (45): “The man asked the group to be a little quieter. A 12-year-old boy then hit him on the head with an emergency hammer.”

The man suffered a head wound and had to be treated at an emergency room. The police assume that the hammer was stolen on the bus by the Afghan-born boy shortly before the crime.

Although the crime happened last Friday, it was not listed in the police report. Laske explanation was that “the reason in this case is the particularly protection-worthy interest of the criminal child.”

The police will investigate the case, but the perpetrator will probably away with it.

In the city of Ulm, police are currently investigating “five young men” for the joint rape of a 14-year-old. According to the spokesperson of the local prosecutor, Michael Bischofberger, the nationalities of the “alleged participants” but “have no relevance to the process”.

Two of the accused are already “at large” again. The nationalities of the men were concealed by the prosecutor, according to Bild .

The five asylum seekers aged 14,15,16, 24 and 26 are said to have raped the 14-year-old girl on Halloween night in an unspecified asylum centre in an unspecified community in the southern Alb-Donau-Kreis near Ulm.

The girl met them on October 31. She allegedly knew on the five men, the police said. Accordingly, the 14-year-old voluntarily went to the men’s shelter.

There she was gang raped, she later told her parents and the police. According to the police, arrest warrants have now been issued against a 15-year-old, a 16-year-old and a 26-year-old suspect. Two other suspects aged 14 and 24 remain at large.

It was not the only migrant rape on Halloween night in and around Ulm. In Memminger Strasse in Neu-Ulm, “two young men” tried to rape a 26-year-old woman. The police in Neu-Ulm has taken up the investigation and are looking for the perpetrators.

The men are described as follows: An attacker, about 20 years old and of foreign appearance with a corresponding accent. He is about 180 cm tall, wore dark clothes (no “Halloween costumes”) and a full beard.

The second man is also about 20 years old, but spoke accent-free. He is about 180 cm tall, also wore dark clothes (not costumed) and no glasses.
