Ordinary Swedes are losing patience with violent migrants

As realism sets in, support for the right-wing Swedish Democrats meanwhile has surged, especially after it was discovered that refugees now have double the chance of becoming employed than a native Swede.

So when Lutheran Bishop Eva Brunne called on churches in Sweden to remove crosses so it didn’t offend Muslims, her suggestion was met with an indignant outcry.

Sweden, the “humanitarian superpower”, has offered thousands of refugees asylum, but the ensuing violence, a series of continuous shocking sexual assaults and the death of social worker Alexandra Mezher, 22, have all put a damper on their initial good intentions.

Mezher was knifed to death at an asylum centre for “children” at the hands of a Somalian migrant who claimed he was 15. The shelter houses around a dozen asylum seekers, so-called “unaccompanied minors”.

The Somalian named Youssaf Khaliif Nuur claiming to be 15 though, according to one unconfirmed source, shaves his dense beard and moustache. Word has spread about how easy it is to be accepted as a child migrant in Sweden, but the designation is a huge fraud, a loophole which is being exploited by both migrants and leftist globalists.

At the time, Mezher’s grieving mother, an immigrant herself from the Middle East said: “Immigration has destroyed Sweden”. Her family, who are originally from Lebanon, described her as an “angel” who wanted to do good.

The stabbing of the girl took place after a fight broke out between migrants at the accommodation in Mölndal, near Gothenburg. Thomas Fuxborg, a spokesperson for Swedish police, described the scene as “messy” with blood everywhere on the floor.

“The perpetrator had been overpowered by other residents,“ he told the TT news agency.

In another horrific case, a Afghan called Ali Bahaman reportedly raped a 15-year-old girl at a children’s psychiatric clinic in Stockholm. Although he claimed to be 15, dental examinations showed he was much older.

In January, authorities were forced to admit there were at least 70 girls in migrant centres were asylum child brides, according to the Daily Telegraph.

Meanwhile, officials fear many migrant children are slipping through the net by lying about their age. Some 667 minors reportedly had their ages adjusted by officials in 2015, the Daily Mail reported.

The bogus “child migrants”, unlike adult arrivals, are fast-tracked through the asylum process, and receive immediate housing and huge cash hand-outs monthly. And as most win permission to settle, they soon bring in relatives from their countries of birth.

Under Swedish human rights rules, migrants are not physically vetted so their age cannot be accurately assessed – by measuring the size of their wrists or whether they have wisdom teeth – because such procedures are deemed “intrusive, unfair and unreliable”.

Sweden, a country of 9.8million, took 163,000 asylum seekers in 2015.

Older Swedes inevitably think of the Swedish efforts to help the Finnish Winter War children who, in the beginning of World War II, came pouring into Sweden. In 1939-1940, about 9,000 Finnish children were placed in Swedish foster homes, while the Finns fought the invading Soviet Union in the Winter War, two months into the Second World War, Ingrid Carlqvist says.

Swedish journalists do everything in their power to maintain this fraudulent image of migrants being “refugee children.”

“I’m risking my job by telling you this. … Many of us are under state orders to keep quiet. It’s professional misconduct to contact, for example, immigration services with information about someone lying on their asylum application,” an employee at a facility for unaccompanied children told Carlqvist.

As Tim Stanley wrote in the Daily Telegraph: “Liberals beware: evidence is mounting the open borders are unpopular and will not stay open for long. An act of generosity is likely to be followed by an act of intolerance – as Sweden’s asylum seekers will tell you.”

With the rise in arson attacks at migrant shelters, the Swedish Migration Board now keeps the location of migrant centres confidential – a decision made after a note was posted on the door of a hotel housing migrants in north Sweden saying: “This is the last warning. Leave our town”.
