The Paris prosecutor’s office does not hide the fact that currently 75 percent of the minors referred, or two out of three minors, are illegal minors. And it has become very difficult to determine the identity and the real age of the “juvenile” criminals. “It is a growing problem,” recognized within the Parisian jurisdiction, French daily Le Figaro reported.
