Although few today know about the religion, all people are expected to follow its laws because they have been given by God to all mankind – and blasphemers are therefore to be executed. Leading Western politicians have already supported the laws in official statements. The plan often goes hand in hand with the mandated fight against anti-Semitism – but what is rarely acknowledged is the global collaboration with an occult-driven Jewish dynasty.
The term Noahide refers to the Hebrew Bnei Noach, meaning children of Noah. It refers to non-Jews who profess seven moral laws that, according to the Talmud, were given by God to all mankind through Noah, after he and his family survived the flood. In November 2025, the Noahide World Center published an updated manifesto, in which a vision for a restructured global moral order was presented.
In the divinely updated world, Israel is intended to be the hub of “true coexistence and global cultural diversity and inclusion.” Now the building blocks for this are to be laid.
In June, Israel365 reported on the First International Congress of Noahides, organized by the Brit Olam Noahide World Center. The congress is being promoted on the websites brit-olam.org/congress and noahideworldcenter.org.
The book Brit Olam is described on the movement’s website as the “Noahide prayer book” and is recognized by Israel’s chief rabbis. The Noahide World Center is affiliated with the Chabad-Lubavitch movement, which was founded by a family dynasty of the same name in 1775 in Russia. Chabad-Lubavitch is today one of the largest, most influential, and visible movements within Hasidism (Jewish revivalism) with a global network of institutions for Jews of all orientations. Its spirituality also has strong connections to the occult traditions of Judaism, such as Kabbalah and the Zohar, and one of its stated goals is to create a kingdom of heaven on earth.

Isaac Herzog, the President of Israel, will receive the non-Jewish representatives from six continents at his official residence at the end of the conference on Talmudic laws to be held in November this year. There, they will read out the declaration of the foundation in their respective languages, and present the signed statutes. The whole thing is seen by the organizers as a new chapter between Israel and the rest of the nations of the world. The Brit Olam center is led by rabbis, but what is to happen in Jerusalem is something that actually concerns everyone. Non-Jewish delegates from six continents will formally establish the World Noahide Movement under rabbinic leadership. On November 2-6, founding charters, a rabbinical court (Beit Din), regional branches and a “financial infrastructure designed to sustain a global religious civilization” will be drawn up, Israel365 reports.
This is not a small, obscure sect without significance. It receives support from the highest political places. On the sixth day, the delegates will gather at the official residence of the Israeli president. There, the meeting participants will read out the declaration of the founding in their respective languages, and present the signed document with the statutes. The organizers believe that this moment represents a new chapter in the relationship between Israel – the nation whose people have been chosen by God to lead the world – and the rest of humanity.

To unite humanity. On the Noahide World Center website ahead of the historic conference in Jerusalem, the future under the Noahide laws is illustrated as a multicultural paradise in harmony under the leadership of Israel. Central to the image is the rainbow, which is a symbol for Noahides. Reference is also made to the “seven pillars of humanity” – the Noahide laws – for a new theocratic world order. Anyone who clicks further on the page will encounter an advanced global organization in the form of the Noahide World Senate (NWS) and the Noahide International Leadership (NIL). In addition to these, there are Noahide congregations at national and global levels. Screenshot: noahideworldcenter.org
Death Penalty for Christians – As Idolaters
The November meeting was preceded by a long-standing, and in many respects overlooked, advancement of the seven Talmudic laws at both regional, national and global levels. Perhaps surprising to many is that heads of state and politicians we know as secular, profess the foundations of this faith. In the United States, which has long considered the State of Israel its “main ally” in the world, the situation is perhaps most striking. While media reporting on the gradual introduction of Noahide law has largely been absent, the wheel has been raked in politics. As early as 1982, President Ronald Reagan signed Executive Order 4921, in which he recognized “the eternal validity of the seven Noahide laws [as] a moral code for all of us regardless of religious belief”. But that was only the beginning. After the US Congress approved Bill 102–14, George Bush the Elder signed the bill into law. It happened on March 20, 1991. The text of the law proclaimed that the foundation of American civilization did not consist of Christian values, but instead the seven Noahide laws from the Jewish scripture collection Talmud. They are:
- Avodah zarah: Prohibition of worship of idols (includes Jesus).
- Birchat hashem: Prohibition of blasphemy and curses in the name of God.
- Shefichat damim: Prohibition of murder.
- Gezel: Prohibition of robbery and theft.
- Gilui arayot: Prohibition of immoral behavior and illicit sexual relations.
- Ever min hachai: Prohibition against detaching and eating limbs from a live animal.
- Dinim: Requirement to establish a legal system and courts to enforce the previous six laws.

Increasing its influence. Chabad-Lubavitch actively seeks contact with world leaders through everything from informal dinners to official meetings to conduct lobbying. They often incorporate rabbis who already have access to various leaders into their organization, even if they do not belong to their particular Hasidic orientation, and in this way claim to represent all Jews. In the photo, Russia’s Chabad-linked Chief Rabbi Berel Lazar meets with Russian President Vladimir Putin in the Kremlin on January 28. Putin has portrayed himself as a strong defender of not only Christianity, but also Islam and Judaism. In 2023, he fired a high-ranking security adviser, Aleksey Pavlov, after he described the Chabad-Lubavitch movement as a group that considered itself superior to “all nations and peoples” and that the movement should be opposed as part of a “demetaninization” of Ukraine. Pavlov was dismissed, despite having apologized for his statement the year before. Photo. Office of the President of the Russian Federation
The seventh and final law refers to the Talmud chapter Sanhedrin 57a, where rabbis discuss how non-Jews (goyim) should handle violations of the Noahide laws. For all crimes, such as idolatry, which therefore also includes Christian faith in Jesus, according to the rabbis of the Chabad movement, the death penalty is recommended.

The seven laws of the Talmud do not only apply to Jews, but should be obeyed by all humanity, according to proponents. Screenshot: noahideworldcenter.org
Resistance in the US – but Trump Goes Even Further
Critics in the United States claim that the political recognition of the supremacy of the Jewish value system compromises religious freedom in the country. The reasoning can be compared in part to the legal waves after the introduction of the hate legislation in Sweden. It was also initially created to protect only the Jewish people, but the allegedly limited intentions have had an ever-widening effect to today greatly circumscribe public debate in general. The restriction of permissible formulations and the number of protected groups is constantly expanding, and thus it is possible to argue that the constitutional freedom of expression has been subjected to the hate legislation.

Stop the Noahide Laws! The American website stopnoahide.org aims to spread knowledge about the real goals of the Noahide movement. The activists behind the site refer to the original teachings of the value system, in which religious freedom is to be abolished and “idolaters”, including those who believe that Jesus is the son of God, are to be executed by beheading. The site contains a number of links to American legislation that has met the Noahide ideology, as well as crucial government decisions in the USA. Screenshot: stopnoahide.org
The website Stopnoahide.org urges American citizens to resist in various ways by contacting local politicians, demanding protective legislation and spreading knowledge about the issue. American leaders have rarely debated the issue – despite the extensive impact on people’s daily lives that the laws could have with just a few additional amendments.

Warning of guillotining of Christians. The feelings that the Chabad-Lubavitch organization and Noahides arouse are not only positive. The traditionalist Catholic blog The Catholic Trumpet, which is associated with the rebellious phalanx SSPX that was recently excommunicated from the Catholic Church, warns of the punishment that “idolaters” like Christians are promised under Noahide laws: Execution by guillotining. The illustration for an article on the matter shows the anatomy of the Kabbalah – an esoteric system from Jewish mysticism, central to the Chabad-Lubavitch movement. Screenshot: thecatholictrumpet.com
The website also highlights that Noahide blasphemy laws favorably treat Jewish citizens: For Jews accused of blasphemy, a court of 23 judges is established. A warning must be issued before prosecution, extensive cross-examination of witnesses is required, and two to three witnesses are needed for a conviction. For non-Jews, however, only one witness is needed. Women’s testimony is not accepted, only one judge is provided, and no warning needs to be issued. Anyone found guilty faces death by beheading, which, in addition to the Talmud, is also described in an article in the Jewish Encyclopedia from 1906.

Noahide Laws in the Election Campaign. On October 31, 2024, Donald Trump held a campaign rally in Las Vegas. There, Rabbi Shea Harlig of Southern Nevada appeared to bless the future president’s election campaign in his speech. The rabbi announced: “May we move forward together with the goal of building a future that reflects God’s will and His values based on the seven Noahide Laws, so that we all unite together. Amen.” Still image: Youtube
Ahead of the 2020 US presidential election, the Israel National News newspaper urged Jews to vote for Trump because he was “the greatest defender of Noahide law in American history.” The administration’s crackdown on alleged anti-Semites at the country’s universities, the deportation of students critical of Israel, and the president’s frequent meetings with Hasidic rabbis in the Oval Office have even led to speculation that Trump has converted to Judaism. On May 5, Donald Trump became the first president in US history to declare a national Sabbath. He did so in conjunction with the 250th anniversary of the United States and called it “Sabbath 250,” which would be in effect “from sunset on May 15 to dusk on May 16”:
“In special honor of 250 glorious years of American independence and during the weekend of Rededicate 250 – a national anniversary of prayer, praise and thanksgiving – Jewish Americans are encouraged to observe a national Sabbath.”
Not everyone was as enthusiastic, however. One was journalist Jana S. Bennun of Israeli News Live. On her Substack, she wrote on May 10 that the move was “a calculated shift to replace our constitutional freedoms with a state-sanctioned Jewish identity.” Bennun further notes that the Noahide laws are not even found in the Bible, but only in the Talmud. She has previously warned about the Noahide laws on her Substack, where she emphasized, among other things, that the laws should not be interpreted symbolically – as secular and modern Christians like to do – but legally. This would mean that the intention to behead idolaters is not a paraphrase for, for example, social exclusion, but is meant literally.
World leaders Confess to the Anti-Christian Religious Laws
However, it is not only in the United States through Donald Trump that the Noahide laws are gaining ground, and it is clear that the Noahide movement has greater ambitions than just permeating the US legal system. The project is moving forward with decisive steps, even within today’s secular context where the idea of the equal value of all people is officially acknowledged. Anyone who assumed that European leaders uphold these values may therefore need to think again.
In 2014, when he was President of the European Council, Herman Van Rompuy wrote that he was working for a greater “spread of the universal values known as the Noahide Laws”. Michael Jeffery, who was Governor-General of Australia in the early 2000s, also believed that the Noahide Laws could make society better by, for example, eradicating drug and alcohol abuse. In 2022, the President of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, said something sensational in connection with receiving a prize from Israel’s Ben-Gurion University. She claimed that “Europe is the values of the Talmud”. In her speech, von der Leyen also attacked what she saw as anti-Semitism among Europeans. She also emphasized their eternal moral debt to the Jews after World War II.

Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, received an honorary doctorate from Israel’s Ben-Gurion University in 2022. In her acceptance speech, she said that “Europe is the values of the Talmud – the Jewish sense of personal responsibility, of justice and of solidarity”. She also emphasized Europe’s debt to the Jewish people, starting from the Second World War. She called today’s anti-Semitism in Europe “a new threat” but “the same old evil”. von der Leyen explained that the fight against anti-Semitism is now at the core of the European Commission’s agenda. Relevant in this context is that the Talmud, from which the Noahide laws are derived, is a collection of writings compiled several hundred years after Christ. It contains theological guidelines from leading rabbis that deny the legitimacy of Christianity and devalue the human value of non-Jews. It states also lock that it was right to execute the blasphemer Jesus, who is now boiling in feces in hell.
In addition to the already tangible influence of Talmudic laws in many countries, we also have the global work. The Institute of Noahide Code, led by Rabbi YD Cohen, is working to get a “global citizenship” in place. Again, it is not an isolated sect in Israel, but the work is done in cooperation with the UN. The concept of global citizenship appears frequently in the UN’s own communications, among globalist figures such as Klaus Schwab, but also within the business world to justify the demands for a comprehensive ethical code of conduct for employees and companies. Right now, there is no official spiritual source for the social regulations, but if we are to take several political leaders at their word, the Talmudic faith is a good candidate.

Rabbi Yakov D. Cohen heads the Institute of Noahide Code. Here he poses for a photo from a 2018 meeting in New York with UN Secretary-General António Guterres. Cohen has appeared several times at the UN, where he consistently emphasizes the relevance of the Noahide laws for a future world – for everyone. The Institute of Noahide Code website states that Cohen is “a respected figure in religious diplomacy” and that he has played a crucial role in advancing the Talmudic code globally. Photo: UN

Chabad-Lubavitch movement. Group photo from 2022 at Chabad Shluchim (emissaries) in Crown Heights, Brooklyn USA. It is the same center that in 2024 was noticed for tunnels dug from the synagogue to nearby properties, and which created anger and anti-Semitic outbursts about secret rituals and abuses online. The Chabad-Lubavitch movement is something as unique as a family-based Jewish missionary movement, and one of the world’s most influential and well-known organizations within Hasidic Judaism. The movement was founded in 1775 by the rabbi and Hasidic spiritual leader Shneur Zalman of Liadi in the then Russian Empire. The name Lubavitch comes from the Russian city of Ljubavitj, where the leadership was based from 1813 to 1915. During the 20th century, the leadership emigrated to the United States due to persecution of Jews in the Soviet Union and the problems of World War II. The organization is very popular with Jews in general in the United States, where it is also estimated to have an annual growth rate of 3.6 percent. The movement’s influence on Jews globally is considered great, especially after the end of World War II. Part of Hasidic philosophy is to “bring heaven down to earth”. The establishment of the seven Noahide laws is therefore, according to the movement, a prerequisite for global harmony and peace. Photo: Wikipedia
The website Noahideworldcenter.org explains that the moment has finally come to begin building the new world: “For two thousand years the prophet’s words awaited. We waited. This November in Jerusalem, Noahide scattered groups will meet for the first time – not to attend, but to found.”
