In the reshaping the governance system which was established in 1947, President Trump has published a memorandum on the Organization of the National Security Council and the Council of Homeland Security.

US National Security falls under the joint authority of the White House, the Chief of Joint Military Forces and the CIA which, established in 1947.

The National Security Council has been at the centre of executive power. Since 11 September 2001, it has been placed under the supervision of the “Government of continuity” of Raven Rock Mountain.

The Raven Rock Mountain Complex (RRMC) is an American military installation with an underground nuclear bunker near Blue Ridge Summit, Pennsylvania, at Raven Rock Mountain that serves as an “underground Pentagon”. The bunker has emergency operations centers for the United States Army, Navy, and Air Force.

The President, the Director of the CIA – appointed by the President – and the Chief of Joint Military Forces chosen by his peers, all served on the Council.

But from now on, the Chief of Joint Military Forces will be represented at meetings only when his input is required. Susan Rice, Obama’s security advisor, has tweeted that the CIA might also lose its place on the Council where it will eventually be represented by the National Director of Intelligence.

She fumed at the change: “Chairman of Joint Chiefs and DNI treated as after thoughts in Cabinet level principals meetings. And where is CIA?? Cut out of everything?” But the Trump spokesperson announced after his restructuring plans that the Director of the CIA could have a permanent seat on the Council.

Trump has also assigned a permanent seat to his chief strategist as well as his chief of staff. Most of the former CIA directors have already protested the changes.

Rice shared a tweet in which she said: “Trump loves and trusts the military so much he just kicked them out of the National Security Council and put in a Nazi in their place.”

Rice was referring to chief strategist Steve Bannon’s appointment on the National Security Council.

    1. She’s a deepshit Dem.
Forgetting all about the shitload she’s carrying from her time as an Obomba lojalist in her roles as
      – National Security Advisor
      – United States Ambassador to the United Nations and – Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs.

As a Dem she’s also comitted to Soros and a general notion of protesting even a slightest hemming in Trump’s steadfast leadership.

      e.g
“In January 2012, after the Russian and Chinese veto of another Security Council resolution calling on Syrian President Bashar al-Assad to step down, Rice strongly condemned both countries, saying, “They put a stake in the heart of efforts to resolve this conflict peacefully”, and adding that “we the United States are standing with the people of Syria. Russia and China are obviously with Assad.”[44] In her words, “the United States is disgusted that a couple of members of this Council continue to prevent us from fulfilling our sole purpose”.[45]
Some Security Council diplomats took issue with Rice’s negotiating style, calling it “rude” and overly blunt. According to David Rothkopf of Foreign Policy magazine, Rice is known for her “abrasiveness” but has the asset of a close relationship with the U.S. president. Human rights activists took issue with Rice and U.S. foreign policy generally in 2012 for working against UN statements that criticized Rwanda for supporting a rebel group in Congo known for committing atrocities.[46]”

Besides, SOROS has to be ashed.
