The fake news reported by several outlets including Reuters, the Sunday Express and Zero Hedge cited “Ilam al Harbi media” as the source of information for the story.
As The Duran points out: “A quick English language Google search for ‘Ilam al Harbi’ comes up with several articles from Yemen Press, none of which lead to a story about the Putin/Rouhani phone call or anything else concerning Russia/Iranian responses to the US attack on Syria.
“Additionally there is a Saudi based telecom company called al-Harbi whose website can be found here. It is not a news website in any way shape or form.”
Because the document is in Arabic, it is unlikely that either Russia or Iran could have produced it, as the well documented phone call between the Russian and Iranian Presidents contradicts the dubious statements contained in the fake release.
Russia, Iran and Syria are all eager to put an end the conflict, not expand it by issuing ultimatums about “red lines”.
The US President started his term by saying he wanted to improve relations with Russia. Not only has he abandoned his pledge, but also destroyed trust in his ability to lead. Governments around the world – including China’s – now know that the Trump administration can reverse crucial policy on a mere whim.

As the Russian Defense Ministry explained, the US air attack had to have been planned in advance of the alleged chemical weapon event, concluding that it had been orchestrated.
“It is necessary to conduct reconnaissance operations, to plan and prepare the missile flight paths, and put them on full combat alert.
It is clear for any specialist that the decision for the missile strike on Syria had been made well in advance of the events in Khan Sheikhoun, which have become just a formal reason for the attack, while the demonstration of military power has been dictated only by reasons of internal policy.”
