US Government loses landmark court case on vaccine safety

In the past 32 years absolutely no vaccine safety reports were filed. When Ronald Reagan signed the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act into law in 1986, thereby removing financial liability of vaccine makers from injury claims, it was stipulated however that biennial vaccine safety studies be made.

The DHHS should have reported to Congress on improvements according to the Mandate for Safer Childhood Vaccine clause, at least every two years.

Thus Robert F Kennedy Jr together with Del Bigtree of the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) challenged the DHHS for vaccine safety violations in court and they won.

Their lawsuit provided more than enough evidence that vaccine safety had been neglected, showing that US government agencies were not doing their jobs to ensure and improve the safety of immunizations.

In fact, the DHHS has failed to meet even the most basic requirements of these important duties entrusted to them.

The issue of vaccine safety is all the more important since the National Vaccine Injury Compensation Act (NVICA) completely voids industry responsibility regarding vaccine injuries, as the NVICA was actually established as a means of diverting lawsuits away from vaccine manufacturers.

The task of safeguarding was therefore entirely entrusted to the DHHS. The court case revealed that the US Government – through negligence – granted Big Pharma unprecendented economic immunity from vaccine injury.

After the court order was filed by ICAN requesting the documents on its safeguarding procedures, DHHS responded, “The department’s search for records did not locate any records responsive to your request.”

Instead, the DHHS vigorously promoted vaccines, aiding Big Pharma by spending billions of tax dollars on conduction reports showing how to increase vaccination rates.

“ICAN was therefore forced to file a lawsuit to force HHS to either provide copies of its biennial vaccine safety reports to Congress or admit it never filed these reports. The result of the lawsuit is that HHS had to finally and shockingly admit that it never, not even once, submitted a single biennial report to Congress detailing the improvements in vaccine safety. This speaks volumes to the seriousness by which vaccine safety is treated at HHS and heightens the concern that HHS doesn’t have a clue as to the actual safety profile of the now 29 doses, and growing, of vaccines given by one year of age.”

“Regrettably, HHS has chosen to focus on its obligation to increase vaccine uptake and defend against any claim vaccines cause harm in the National Injury Vaccine Compensation Program (aka, the Vaccine Court) to such a degree that it has abandoned its vaccine safety responsibilities. If HHS is not, as confirmed in Court this week, even fulfilling the simple task of filing a biennial report on vaccine safety improvements, there is little hope that HHS is actually tackling the much harder job of actually improving vaccine safety.”

The DHHS has admitted to failing to perform their duties, as well as breaking US federal law, which raises the question: If the US government cannot enforce vaccine manufacturers to ensure the safety of their product, who can?

Because of this dangerous disregard for public safety and carelessness toward federal law, children are at risk of adverse reactions from products that claim to be safe and effective.

Moreover, The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) researcher Poul Thorsen, who famously headed up the “Denmark Study” that many claim disproved the link between vaccines and autism, has been indicted in Atlanta by a federal grand jury on charges of wire fraud, money laundering and defrauding research institutions of grant money.

Thorson oversaw millions of dollars in grant money that was used to conduct research to “prove” that vaccines have no link to autism. His research papers include the study entitled Thimerosal and the occurrence of autism: negative ecological evidence from Danish population-based data.

From 2000 to 2009, the CDC awarded $11 million in grant money to two Denmark government agencies to study, among other things, the possible link between vaccines and autism. In 2002, Thorsen moved to Denmark to administer the research money from the CDC.

But according to the US Deptarment of Justice, Thorsen instead stole the grant money by submitting fraudulent expense documents that were supposedly related to the Danish study.
