The greatest discomfort is experienced in the cities of Berlin and Hamburg. In Berlin four spoke out for every 10 000 citizens, while in Hamburg it was more than three.
The complaints to the authority based in Bonn were directed against the entire industry.
A spokesman for the post told dpa, that the complaints that came directly to the post, have however decreased in recent months. In addition, they would be in relation to the approximately 19 billion letters sent about tolerated alcohol levels.
