Breaking: Angry crowds storm Kensington Town Hall after London fire
More police are being called in to contain the situation in London, after the people stormed the Kensington Town Hall chanting "murderers", and demanding answers.

Hundreds of angry protesters were outside the building this evening, demanding justice in aftermath of the Grenfell Tower blaze in London. Anger was mounting over the many failings that led to the disaster and the crowd was growing increasingly hostile, The Telegraph reported earlier.
Politicians were heckled at the scene and locals even screamed at the Queen: “Where are you going?” as she and Prince William left the site of the disaster today.
TV footage showed a young boy shouting at London Mayor Sadiq Khan as he visited the Towers: “How many children died? What are you going to do about it?”
There has already been an arrest at the Kensington Town Hall protest, Sky News reported. Correspondent, Enda Brady, told viewers he was moving away from the scene, fearing for his own safety, the atmosphere was reportedly growing hostile towards the media and bystanders.
Shouting “we want an inquest” and “we want justice”, the Radical Housing Network was gathered outside the hall. More than 2 700 people were said to be at the rally on Friday night, raising fears that tensions could boil over and lead to violence.
A friend of someone who was killed in the fire has organised the protest to demand that the mostly Muslim victims are housed in the area, populated by wealthy white British homeowners as well as the Queen’s grandson who lives in the borough.
The protesters, mainly Muslim, were also demanding money for those who lost their homes and belongings in the fire.
Protesters say they want answers for their missing friends and relatives as the confirmed death toll has risen to 30. But the real numbers are said to be significantly higher.
Twenty-four fire victims remain in hospital, 12 of them in critical condition. Some 70 people have been named by relatives as missing and whole families have been reported as missing.
Theresa May is being accused of failing to show “humanity” during her visit to the blaze site, while emergency services are investigating the debris for a third day now at the west London block, in search of bodies.
A hostile crowd waited for Theresa May outside church. One woman was shouting at the police: “Why have you brought her down here where there are no families? You brought her to this tiny church! “This is a PR stunt. If she cared she would have come here yesterday!”
A Telegraph reporter at the church said the crowd chased Theresa May’s car this afternoon as she left the church by a side entrance to escape from the people waiting for her outside. She quickly left amid shouts of “coward”.
May announced a £5 million fund for emergency supplies, food and clothing during a meeting with survivors of the Grenfell Tower disaster, Downing Street said, but the crowd in Kensington were not satisfied.
A councillor at nearby Queens Park Community Council, told The Mirror: “If the council don’t step up to the plate there will be unrest in the streets; it’s that serious.”
A Facebook event, ‘justice for Grenfell!’, was listed to take place at 6pm outside the Department for Communities and Local Government.
