Tech billionaire’s wife on a crusade against white men

Her opposition to white men is extremely ironic, not only because her wealthy husband is considered to be the epitome of the white “tech nerd” but also since survey data suggests that as far as the tech industry is concerned, white men still dominate. The global survey of developers was conducted by Stack Overflow, in 2017, the popular question-and-answer website for programmers.

The website polled 11 445 respondents in the US, 85.5 percent of whom were men, and a majority of whom were white.

Women make up about half of the workforce in the United States, but they only hold a quarter of computer- and math-related jobs despite a drive by companies to hire them. Black and Hispanic workers hold only 15 percent of those jobs, even though their share of the American workforce is nearly double that.

When her husband made his fortune, the ratios were even more in favour of white men. Melinda Gates has now decided to fund businesses on the basis of sex and skin color, she said in a recent Fortune interview.

“It’s been incredibly disappointing to watch how few women-led businesses are getting funded,” Gates said. “Ultimately, if we want more innovation and better products, we’ve got to put more money behind women and minorities. That wasn’t happening, so I decided to step in and see what I could do to help a little bit.”

She clearly states that she prefers women and non-whites over men and whites in general, specifically for certain immutable characteristics that have nothing inherently to do with business success.

“I am specifically looking at funds who over-index on women-led and minority-led businesses,” Melina Gates said. “Over-index” is essentially a financial or data version of affirmative action.

“Some of these big firms often believe in the white guy in a hoodie disrupting a whole industry. So we’re going to disrupt it by making sure we’re indexing for women and minorities because they’ve got great ideas,” she continued.

“Many of them think if they have one female at the table, they’ve done their job. Another big one is when they say that they have trouble finding women. Those are just excuses. They don’t know what investing in these areas looks like until they get several women who are partners in their firm,” she concluded.

Last year she called her son Rory a “feminist” in a Time interview. “One of the things that makes me proudest is that Rory is a feminist.”

Her remarks are surprising, not least because history is littered with products designed by white males that buyers of all descriptions have found most desirable.

The Gates Foundation has meanwhile been linked to thousands of deaths through their vaccination programmes. Research confirmed that the paralysis rate also increased in correlation with polio vaccine doses administered.

The Foundation has also funded wireless steriliztion implants with the potential for human tracking and monitoring.

“The birth control chip is the brain child of a professor, Robert Langer, from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Bill Gates and Melinda foundation has funded the research and the prototype is ready for human testing. The chips will be ready for sale by the year 2018 according to Robert Langer. The institute’s Chip Foundation and Bill Gates’ foundation have been working on the birth control chip for past three years,” TWCN Tech News explained.

The remote-control pregnancy switch appears to have moved from “pro-choice” to “no choice”. As Natural News noted, “if poor women are the target, why encrypt the chips?”
