Republican Senator invites illegals to stay in liberal homes

O’Rourke has dismissed President Trump’s recent statements on immigration as scare tactics, claiming that there was “a lot of paranoia and fear” about the approaching migrant caravan. He said concerns about the caravan have come from “an administration that’s trying to make us scared of one another”.

So when Cruz rallied in San Angleo on Tuesday, he told his supporters that the caravan of Central American migrants were not welcome. But, if they manage to cross the US-Mexico border into Texas, they should turn to O’Rourke’s supporters for help, Cruz said.

Cruz invited illegal immigrants to O’Rourke’s and his supporters’ homes, all those who are challenging the Republican anti-immigration stance in the election.

“When you get here, we have identified homes, that are willing to take you in to give you free housing, free food, free health care,” Cruz explained. “And every one of these homes is self identified with a little black and white sign that says Beto. Don’t bother knocking, just kick in the door. They don’t believe in walls, so just let yourself in, and make yourself at home.”

O’Rourke has the endorsement of deep state “humanitarian” John Brennan, the former head the of CIA and the official who distinguished himself by compiling “kill lists” for President Obama.

The Democratic challenger is however becoming less eager to directly address at least one topic: the migrant caravan currently heading toward Texas’ southern border.

According to the Daily Caller, who emailed O’Rourke’s campaign a while ago already, the Democratic hopeful still had no official statement to give on the migrant caravan “yet”.

“Beto does not yet have a statement about the migrant caravan. Stay tuned,” an email response read. “In general, Beto believes that immigrants help our state and country grow strong, safe, and prosperous and wants to ensure that immigrants have a lawful, earned path to citizenship.”

Project Veritas meanwhile shared an undercover video on Thursday of O’Rouke’s campaign appearing to show they are illegally using campaign funds to help with the migrant invasion.

A Project Veritas member posing as an O’Rourke campaign worker secretly recorded O’Rourke staffers talking about using prepaid campaign debit cards to buy food for asylum-seekers last week in Texas.

“Beto campaign staffers confirmed they are giving supplies to immigrants who have crossed the border illegally,” Cruz spokeswoman Catherine Frazier said in an email.

The migrant caravan has been a boost for Republicans, as O’Rourke is on record suggesting the abolishment of ICE, the US Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

He has also endorsed birthright citizenship and the passage of the DREAM Act, but his open approval of the approaching caravan may show him to be dangerous to Texans.
