Swedish Democrats rise to become number one party
The fact that their country is the home of the politically correct, the ultra-tolerant and pro-refugee progressivism, has not helped the Swedish elites.

The general population in Sweden appears to be exasperated and wants a decisive and clear change of course. As reported by La Stampa, the Swedish Democrats of Jimmie Åkesson have been steadily advancing and are enjoying a moment of particular popularity, surpassing the Social Democrats of Premier Löfven in the polls, and rising to the number one political force in the country.
This has never happened before.
The Swedish Democrats enjoy 24 percent of the votes, an all-time record, while the Social Democrats have slipped to 22 percent, the worst score in their history.
The leader of the SD explained that he was not “surprised” and stressed that “this result consolidates the party’s role as the only true opposition to the Social Democratic party, which has dominated Swedish politics since the 1930s”. He stressed: “We have constructively discussed gang crime, increasing security and a migration policy that in Sweden has not worked for too many years.”
Åkesson told the media that he would like to become Minister of Justice if he were to choose a ministerial post. “We want to be part of shaping this country over the next 100 years, just as the Social Democrats have been doing for 100 years,” he said in an interview at the Swedish parliament in Stockholm.
The truth is that the Swedes have had enough of the progressive policies of the progressives and their laxity on the security front. In late August, an 18-year-old woman was shot dead in Stockholm’s Vallingby neighbourhood.
And only a week ago, La Stampa reported that a 15-year-old was shot dead in a square in the center of Malmö, an area full of bars and restaurants and very busy.
And sadly, this is only the latest in a very long series of criminal episodes that have been troubling Swedish voters. According to research published by the Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet , women feel particularly insecure and worried about their safety in certain areas of the country.
These are neighborhoods dominated by immigrants, especially Muslims. They are the notorious “no-go area”, where not even the police can set foot. As Dan Eliasson, the head of the Swedish national police, admitted in January 2018, “the number of no-go-areas has reached a very critical level, they have risen from 55 to 61 in just twelve months and represent an attack on our society”.
Gangland violence has increased, with the high number of bombings prompting defense experts to compare Sweden with Northern Ireland in the 1980s or Afghanistan.
And the situation has drastically deteriorated. In the district of Rinkeby, in Stockholm, where the percentage of immigrants has reached 90 percent of the population, a well-documented investigation by Katie Hopkins revealed how hesitant women are to leave home for fear of being raped or assaulted. This dire fact seems to matter little to progressives.
Malmö has also achieved very high levels of crime over the years, as local police chief Jonas Karlberg admitted, “we had an extraordinary number of shootings in 2016, in 2017 and also for part of 2018”.
Islamic extremism is another a serious problem for the Nordic country. According to a 2017 article in the Italian daily Il Fatto Quotidiano, the “quiet” Sweden (at 300) is in fifth place in a ranking that sees France (with 2183, followed by Great Britain at 1700) at the top of jihadist networks.
Sweden has had to reckon also with jihadist fighters returning. As the Swedish TV SVT confirmed last spring, 13 of the 41 foreign fighters returning had committed crimes of various kinds, some of which were very serious: a 31-year-old man, a former ISIS fighter, was filmed while assaulting a neighbour with a pair of scissors. He is now under arrest on charges of attempted murder.
But Åkesson has distanced himself from the Alternatives for Sweden and has been trying to ingratiate himself with the leftists. The Swedish Democrats’ party leader told conservative Swedish daily Nya Tider in October that the AfS were people who were thrown out of the Swedish Democrats and that the Alternatives for Sweden only attracts “crappy cops”.
Last year, on the Swedish Radio’s program series “The Sunday Interview”, Åkesson announced, among other things, the death of ethnic Swedes.
He also said he would like to attend a Pride parade after Sölvesborg’s municipality decided not to raise the Pride flag anymore.

NOAA Predicts Zero Sunspots for Almost the Whole 2030s
CLIMATEThe United States' government scientific organization, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), predicts zero sunspots from 2031 to 2040. This is an extreme situation that has not occurred in as long as humanity has been counting sunspots, and it leads us into uncharted territory in terms of our solar system. However, this prediction aligns with the warnings of the world-renowned solar researcher Valentina Zharkova for many years, who indicated in 2019 various signs of this catastrophic phenomenon, including the extreme hailstorms we have seen in Europe and the world this summer. The forecast and various observations this year give cause for very significant concern. In this unique analysis, Free West Media explains why.
European Nationalist Parties Forge Cooperation Ahead of EU Elections
EUROPEAN ELECTIONSOn Saturday, August 26, representatives of six European nationalist parties gathered in Budapest. The meeting was initiated by the Hungarian party Mi Hazánk and took place in the national parliament. Representatives of the parties signed a joint declaration that not only reaffirms the parties' friendship but also their unity on a range of complex political issues. A surprisingly clear and radical manifesto was established. The hope is that this cooperation will lead to success in the EU elections and eventually result in the formation of a group in the European Parliament. For Swedish nationalism, this meeting marks a success as Sweden, for the first time, has a party represented in a leading nationalist cooperation in Europe. Free West Media was present at this historic event.
Turkey Believes Sweden Hasn’t Done Enough
Sweden will have to wait a bit longer for NATO membership, according to Turkey's Justice Minister Jilmaz Tunc. First, Sweden must extradite the "terrorists" Turkey wants and stop the desecration of the Quran.
Swedish Weapon Takes Down Russia’s Best Attack Helicopter
The Russian attack helicopter Ka-52 is considered one of the world's best and has struck fear in Ukraine, where it has hunted down tanks and other armored vehicles, often beyond the range of many light anti-aircraft systems. However, it has met its match in the Swedish air defense missile system RBS 70, which has quickly led to significant losses for the Russian helicopter forces.
The Sun Drives Earth’s Climate, Not Carbon Dioxide
Top Researchers Push Back Against Climate Lies."The correlation is as clear as day," explained the Israeli astrophysicist Nir Shaviv, who was hailed by the establishment, before his interview with Forbes was hastily deleted. What he says contradicts the climate narrative, which points to humans as responsible for Earth's climate. Shaviv firmly asserts that it is the sun that controls the climate, something that can be scientifically proven in many ways. Contrary to the popular belief, the sun's influence on Earth has, in recent years, caused unusually cold and rainy weather, a trend that solar researchers warn will worsen significantly in the coming decades. The sun has exhibited an unusually low activity since 2016, during Solar Cycle 24, which was the weakest in a century.
Strong Confidence in German AfD
Alternative for Germany (AfD) held a party conference on July 29-30 to select candidates for the upcoming EU election next year. EU Parliament member Maximilian Krah, belonging to the party's more radical, ethnonationalist faction, was appointed as the top candidate. The party's two spokespersons delivered powerful speeches criticizing the EU's failed migration policy and trade sanctions that isolate Europe and Germany from the rest of the world. They argued that it's time for the EU to return a significant portion of its power to national parliaments. However, they have dropped the demand for Germany to exit the EU.
The Establishment Wants to Ban Germany’s Second Largest Party – for the Sake of Democracy
The rising popularity of AfD has raised strong concerns within the establishment. Despite lies and demonization in the media and isolation from the overall political establishment, the party continues to grow. Certain representatives of the party are accused of becoming increasingly "extreme," and in an unusual move, the influential weekly newspaper Der Spiegel demanded that AfD be "banned."
