The confirmation that Trump may have been right all along, may be released as early as Friday.

The revelation is expected to be revealed by the House Intelligence Committee this week.

The intelligence is said to leave no doubt that the Obama administration spied on President-elect Trump, according to sources in Washington. The surveillance was done using the cover of spying on foreign targets.

The FBI has largely ignored the House Intelligence Committee’s request for documents, but the National Security Agency is expected to produce documents to the committee this week.

Classified intelligence has revealed how Trump team communications were tapped, committee Chairman, Republican lawmaker Devin Nunes suggested at a news conference on Wednesday.

Nunes said the new information he has seen “has nothing to do with Russia or the Russia investigation.”

Capitol Hill sources told Fox News that the NSA intelligence corroborated information about surveillance of the Trump team. President Trump had tweeted a series of posts accusing Barack Obama of doing so, but his tweets have been met with denial and outrage.

The FBI was not cooperating with the House of Representatives’ investigation into the NSA’s surveillance of the Trump campaign during the 2016 election, Nunes said at his press conference.

“This is information that was brought to me that I thought the president needed to know about incidental collection, where the president himself and others in the Trump transition team were clearly put into intelligence reports that ended up at this White House and across a whole bunch of other agencies,” Nunes said after meeting Trump on Wednesday.

The explosive reports uncovered by Nunes contradict public testimony Monday by FBI Director James Comey and National Security Agency Director Adm. Mike Rogers.

Asked if he could rule out that Obama was personally involved in the surveillance, Nunes said “No, I cannot.” The disclosures about the spying appear to vindicate Trump, who was widely criticized for claiming he was spied on by the former president.
