The mother of two had worked as an educator for “refugees” in a live-in community for minors in Kumhausen. This is where she met the Afghan for the first time. According to his registration, the migrant was only 15 years old, but he may have been much older but he was unable to produce any identification.
At the trial, the migrant appeared as a joint plaintiff against the defendant at the taxpayers’ expense, and accused the educator of having had unprotected sexual intercourse with him against his will.
But on the first day of trial the defendant told an exact opposite story of what happened: The supposed victim had snuck into her room one night and had pulled down her pants. There was no intercourse, however, because she had defended herself, she stated.
Unfortunately the 15-year-old’s DNA was found on her body, and in her vagina. The credibility of the defendant has now been compromised because she lied.
But the day after the incident, the Afghan went around loudly boasting about having had intercourse with her, until he decided that he was actually raped. Furthermore, the refugee had sworn to his “educator” that he was 22 years old, which had corresponded with his appearance.
The court has since ruled that the educator had not intentionally abused the dependency relationship between herself and the minor refugee. It also seemed implausable that a woman of 160cm could inflict violence on someone with the build of a man, and she was therefore acquitted.
During the trial, the Afghan had refused to agree to a professional medical determination of his age. Not surprisingly, since he most likely would have had to give up his benefits, including no risk of deportation, first-class housing, and roughly €5000 per month.
The alleged victim never showed much interest in the trial, and missed the first day of court. On the second day he only showed up long enough to give his testimony, screened off from public view. After that, he left the courtroom.
There is little doubt that there had been sexual intercourse between the educator and the Afghan, as it has been established that around 80 percent of aid workers act out of egotistical concerns anyway.
The seasoned raid worker and book author Katja Schneidt has detailed this in an interview with Junge Freiheit, Issue 5, 2019. She estimated the percentage of aid workers who get involved for selfish reasons only.
Their motivation is usually boredom as well as a thirst for recognition and acknowledgment. They generally seek entertainment, social contact, a boost for their egos, and being a “good person” even if they act in a socially detrimental manner.
Many aid workers even stop their clients from taking German language courses because they do not want to encourage their independence, says Schneidt, who has been working with migrants for 27 years.
She says many of these aid workers share responsibility for the migrant crisis, because had these self-appointed Samaritans not existed, the government would have had no other option but to close its borders sooner.
Meanwhile, an Afghan who stabbed an aid worker to death in Germany has walked free after judges ruled that it was in self-defence.
The 18-year-old defendant was accused of manslaughter after the iad worker died in a park in the town of Ochtrup, north-west Germany, last May.
Prosecutors at the court in Münster had demanded a three-year jail sentence but judges ruled Seyed had been defending himself, Bild reported. The Afghan killed the aid worker as he tried to defend himself more “mildly” with a glass bottle.
North Rhine-Westphalia’s Minister of the Interior Herbert Reul (CDU) this week initiated care programs for the children of ISIS returnees. “When children come back who are radicalized, this poses new challenges to politicians. And I’m not going to leave this job to youth welfare offices on their own,” he told the newspapers in the Funke Mediengruppe.
In recent years NRW has gained a lot of experience with Islamists. Against this background, “we should consider how we can help the youth welfare offices,” suggested the 66-year-old politician.
For better control over imprisoned ISIS relatives, the correctional facility (JVA) in Bielefeld Brackwede wants to hire an extremism commissioner this year. This must be done so “that not more detainees are affected by the proselytizing of these prisoners,” a spokesperson told broadcaster WDR.
The Federal Government is currently considering how to deal with ISIS returnees. Most recently, US President Donald Trump has increased the pressure on European countries to accept their citizens who fought for the terrorist militia.
