The tweet was sent to fellow residents in the town warning them about EFF members chasing white shoppers away from a shopping mall.
The Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) is a South African far-left political party. It was started by expelled former African National Congress Youth League (ANCYL) President Julius Malema, and his allies, in 2013.
Malema, President of the EFF, heading the Central Command Team which serves as the central structure of the party, regularly threatens whites when he not visiting London to sit at the grave of Karl Marx and meet with supporters.
The EFF is currently the third-largest party in both houses of the South African parliament. In December 2014, the EFF claimed to have over half a million members.
Apparently “white privilege” was given as the reason why white people are not allowed to visit a shopping mall. “It seems that the EFF is the de facto racist enforcers on behalf of the government,” a member of an activist group said on Facebook.
But in South Africa, there are now more racial laws than under Apartheid:
White people are barred from job opportunities through oppressive legislation like BEE and BBBEE.
White people are barred from universities through restrictive quota enrollment programs.
Whites are barred from sport teams through enforced quota systems.
White people are barred from the right to life through targeted racial hate crimes.
White Farmers are barred from farming through targeted farm attacks.
White people are barred from owning land through land expropriation.
White people are barred from equal rights before the law through double standards.
Whites are barred from protection through songs like “one settler one bullet” or “kill the farmer, kill the boer” sung openly by political leaders.
Whites are barred from equal rights through 119 race based laws.
