In New York, the same hospital workers who had been denouncing anti-lockdown protesters, were filmed clapping for riotous groups of BLM protesters marching through the streets and ignoring social distancing measures.

Not so long ago, people all over the world were warned to brace themselves for a devastating second wave of the Coronavirus, while governments were heatedly debating indefinite lock-down until the advent of a miracle vaccine. New York in particular, has seen the worst outbreak of Covid-19.

In a matter of days however, American citizens were being called onto the streets en masse to protest against “racism” and “injustice”. They are being lauded on social media as “heroes”.

Parents had to face arrest and were made to pay huge fines for walking on the beach or taking their children to a park only a few days ago. Store owners were being arrested for opening their doors to try and save their livelihoods. But New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio praised his daughter Chiara after her arrest while participating in an unlawful protest.
