Elon Musk buys Twitter
Elon Musk has bought out Twitter for $44 billion. “The woke mind virus has made Netflix unwatchable,” Elon Musk recently tweeted in reply to an article about Netflix’s poor performance in 2022. In a bid to end Big Tech censorship and cancel culture, Elon Musk has derided the “woke mind virus”.
Netflix’s decision to exit Russia resulted in a loss of 700 000 subscribers with its shares plummeting and investors are pulling out. Twitter’s censorship could have ended in a similar predicament.
However, Twitter’s board had a sudden change of heart when confronted with the obvious financial incentives of Musk’s offer to purchase. The company would only stand to benefit from Musk’s offer.
Anti-white race campaigns, open borders, the alarmist notions of climate change, radical science-free gender activism of the Western left are loud diktats that trump debates. Disagreeing with leftists means being cancelled, losing friends and even a job.
Leftists expressed outrage at the change of ownership.
Elon Musk takes over and turns Twitter into his extremist version of “free speech” and I’m otta here!!!
