Dutch MP bemoans true nature of ‘red’ EU Corona recovery fund

There were plans announced to reform car taxes, talk about energy taxes, about the reorganization of pig farms and about CO2 taxes. It will come as no surprise to the people who have been following the debate about a planned economic demolition for some time: The Corona recovery fund is a wolf in sheep’s clothing. It is an economically red Marxist plan in a green climate jacket.
The Great Reset has been sold as a dire necessity to “restore” our economy, said Van Houwelingen. “Reform of energy taxes, we read. That means more tax on gas and less on electricity. Everyone with a central heating boiler is therefore the loser. In other words, the ordinary Dutchman,” said the MP.
“Another measure is the introduction and tightening up of the CO2 tax industry, it states. That means that the industry would have to pay more money for every ton of CO2. That is of course passed on to the Dutch citizen, in other words to all of us. Finally, the subsidy scheme for the remediation of pig farms. That means reducing the livestock, because you have to eat less meat.
“What the hell do these kinds of measures have to do with Corona? Do you see what’s happening? The so-called Corona crisis is being used to permanently and thoroughly change our way of life,” emphasized Van Houwelingen.
“In other words, this fund is – unsurprisingly – being misused by the European Union to achieve globalist objectives. Because as the Netherlands, we have to jump through all kinds of hoops to be able to claim this fund, a fund that is filled with Dutch tax money. How absurd is this?
“They are obstacles and demands that have nothing, absolutely nothing to do with economic recovery. For example, in the letter that the cabinet sent to the House on March 28, we read the following: ‘For example, 37 percent of expenditure must be climate-related and 20 percent of expenditure must be aimed at the digital transition’.”
The creators of the European Corona recovery fund have come up with six pillars to save the economy in the EU. “These are six requirements that are imposed on the Dutch Corona recovery plan that must be submitted in Brussels in order to be able to claim our own tax money, six hoops through which the cabinet and the House have to jump. Green transition, digital transformation, smart, sustainable and inclusive growth, social and territorial cohesion, health and economic, social and institutional resilience and finally policies for the next generations. In other words, an implementation of the globalist Sustainable Development Goals. Thus the Great Reset, a total transformation of our way of life. That is the true nature of this so-called Corona recovery fund.
“It’s no longer about Corona or lockdowns or masks, it’s about the bigger picture. It is about control over every aspect of life. Again and again new symptoms, new manifestations and materializations of the same underlying trend: the ever-increasing control of an ever more powerful State, towering over the permanently small and vulnerable individual with each step. This so-called Recovery and Resilience Plan also fits into this picture. It’s about the transfer of power and control from the individual to the State,” concluded Van Houwelingen.

Publisher of Unique Literature Worldwide Blocked by International Distributor
Arktos has distinguished itself by publishing groundbreaking philosophers and social critics. Now, the publisher's international distributor has abruptly terminated the cooperation, and more than 400 already printed titles cannot reach their audience. There is strong evidence that the distributor has been under pressure, something that has also happened in Sweden. We have spoken with Arktos founder Daniel Friberg about the ongoing struggle for freedom of speech in a shrinking cultural corridor.

Care prompts bishops to criticize transgender ideology
The Catholic bishops of the Scandinavian countries presented an open five-page letter criticizing transgender ideology on March 21, just before Easter. The document primarily expresses care and advice and was read aloud in Catholic churches in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, and Iceland. Cardinal Anders Arborelius, Bishop of Stockholm, is one of the signatories of the document.

Brits Forced to Live in Darkness and Cold
Food prices are rising at a furious pace, fastest in Scotland in almost half a century. At the same time, energy prices are at record highs. People are forced to choose between freezing or going hungry, and a majority of Scots are forced to live in cold and darkness to cope with bills. Old generations' tricks for saving and keeping warm are returning. Nevertheless, it is feared that 10,000 Brits will die of cold homes this winter. We present the Swedish Public Health Agency's guidelines on indoor temperature. Governments in Europe are introducing rationing and monitoring of food purchases. Net-zero emissions are a lie that, in practice, de-industrializes the West and dramatically lowers our standard of living.

UK greenhouses shut down due to high energy costs
LondonIn Great Britain, a particularly depressing facet of the crisis is now showing its first contours - and thus anticipating what is likely to happen in other European countries in the near future: because of the exploding energy prices, agriculture is being strangled and fresh produce has to be rationed.

LisbonNot only the German and Italian governments keep opening new paths for immigration. Portugal, too, has opened a Pandora's box and is paving the way for possibly millions of non-European immigrants to the EU – something which is not mentioned by the mainstream media.

Illegal immigration to Italy has reached its highest level ever
RomeIn Italy, despite the overwhelming right-wing electoral success in September, there is still nothing to be seen of the promised asylum turnaround – on the contrary. Giorgia Meloni has been in office for five months, but the arrivals of migrants in Italy have doubled compared to the previous year.

Dismantling diplomacy with ‘feminist foreign policy’
BudapestGerman Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock (Greens) wants to counter German security issues abroad with feminist politics. Gender training, LGBTQ events and quotas are now part of their new guidelines, which are intended to bring about "cultural change". The German ambassador to Hungary, Julia Gross, provided an embarrassing example.
